Rank some YouTube videos. Start up a channel, upload some videos and optimize for SEO.
You can target different types of keywords in the Titles (reviews, promotions, geo-locations, etc)
Features tell, benefits sell (features of the lights - how they can save $XXX per year on their hydro bill, etc)
Purchase some niche relevant embeds for your videos. Drip feed them while utilizing exchange services to get some engagement on your videos (views, likes, comments, etc) You can flat out buy them too if you have the money, instead of wasting the time with exchange networks and multiple accounts.
You'll end up with video thumbnails as the top organic result on Google - and you'll rank in YouTube for the keywords as well.

Not sure how competitive your market is, but you can definitely rank the website. Some prefer instant results by media buying and PPC, others go the organic route with a long term strategy - from experience we find a synergy of both works best for most projects.
