How to promote/SEO for a course?

Hi

I have a course to treat premature ejaculation, I have a short video, and a landing page, please guys give me some ideas on how to promote it. I've never done this kind of thing and Im quite lost. paying advertising is out of the question.

How do you promote a course in general?

I cannot ask the doctor who made the course to create more videos, but Im thinking about creating an explanatory video using pictures, not sure if the doctor will have enough material, or I will be creative enough to make a video with any value using just pictures. its been a while since I made a video, like 3 years.

Other than that, I don't know what else to do.
