We have a beatuiful designed and good amount of styles sneakers shoes , but we have a problem with traffic alltime when we try google ads and fb ads acc getting down, we tried cloaker but didnt worked , whats the something alternative to promote this products ?

I would find the ideal influencers that looks like a good fit to push your products and dm them to ask for they’re rates.

Big brands either themselves or through the companies they outsource their manufacturing to, are known to use slave labour and even forced labour to manufacture their big brand products. Is this legal ?

FB and Google is your best source of targeted traffic. If you have problem with accounts, you better start farming your own. Doing regular activities for at least 10days before you sign up for ads account. It will be tricky coz you also need to learn how to do advance cloaking. Keep on trying as nothing will be better in teaching than you failed experience.

In cloaked Google Ads campaigns, did you use keywords such as shoes, footwear ? If so, then this niche has a lot of manual reviews which a cloaker cannot identify and divert accordingly.
I understand that you cloak to a money page with replicas and safe page with some safe products. Research in a better way what keywords to use, which would not attract manual reviews, then a cloaked campaign can even go for 2 to 3 months or more. Also, campaign's location targeting matters a lot when it comes to cloaked campaigns, example do not target (example) entire USA, target only cities, avoiding the top 10 populated cities.
