I want to get more followers in my Google+ page, i looked in google how to promote but explanation was so complicated ...
Did have anyone idea how to promote or how to get more followers ?

If i invest 100$ per week ,about how many followers i can get (Usa target) per week ?

If you're willing to spend some money on promoting your google+ page I recommend going on fiverr. Make sure you browse thoroughly all gigs related to your needs and pick the best.
