How to promote multiple websites on Google Ads

Hi all,

I want to promote affiliate links of multiple websites. Affiliate links I am using are all differents, considering that they are made up like "website.com/myaffiliateid".

What I did until now is creating a dedicated google ads account from the same email, and 1 campaign by ads account :


After creating 5 accounts without any issues, the 6th get suspended for "suspicious payment". Same occured for the 7th. The billing details are all using the same payment profile ID (same name, same card number).
I decided to create an administrator account then, as it looks like a better solution. This one do not have payment profile ID as I can not do it.

I have multiple questions :
- what is the best way to manage ads for multiple websites that I do not own in order to promote my affiliate links ?
- what is the risk of using the brand name of the website in my ads ?
- generally, what is the best way to make google ads affiliate ?

Then should I create one Google ads account with unique email and per website (no multiple campaigns with differents website per account) ?

Isn't is risky to use the same card for each account ?
