Some people can so it great with adult. You have a bunch of female related profiles (sexy but not nude), make them look like "real"girls/women and join dating groups and post. The goal is to start cosnversation with horny men who will message you. Dont send the link straight away, keep the conversation for a while and then drive them to your aff link. Dont post aff links on fb or in messanger. WhatsApp works well and there is a good BST you could try as I remeber (never used it).

I buy them myself for ads purpose. After Ad account gets banned, I usually trash them but not was thinking to do some spam to profit from it. Thanks btw

If your ad account is banned you can use them to like the page you create or share the article from the page to increase the reach of the article
