How to promote blog in profile

I've recently started my first blog where I review "products" (CB). The problem I'm encountering right now is that, when I register on a forum which ranks very high (in that niche), it nowhere is permitted to add a link in your signature or post. I tried 4 forums and my posts got removed almost instantly. How do other people do it? Or is it just because I'm in a crowded niche? (I dont spam the forum btw, I actually reply)

There are certain criteria in different forums..their rules you can say...where you are permitted to post links/signature after certain qualifications like after 100 posts,after 3 moths of joining etc etc.

Search for the links within BHW some members would have given the links to the high PR forums which is allowed with out any restrictions..

Ok thanks. But I see that those links that are posted here are closed or don't work anymore. I read that xrumer/scrapebox have functionality to automate this. But since I'm a beginner I don't want to spend that amount of money on something of which I'm not sure yet whether or not it will return investment. Are there any free alternatives to xrumer/scrapebox?
