Is there any webpage similar to a registered robot that can include different channels?

There are some websites that allows you to pay for promotion.
Now , many channels are using bots too for views , subs etc , so idk what you are really trying to do.

No one is going to do the promotion better than the same one you can do yourself.
I realized this late, but it's something that's very real, think about it.
