What is the best way to promote a subreddit?
In my niche, I'm not allowed to post in popular subreddits to promote my subreddit.
Is it a good idea to promote my subreddit in facebook groups? I'm a member of like 50 FB groups.
Any input is appreciated.

I have no idea what you niche is but you can always crosspost or redirect in the comments to a post that has been made in YOUR subreddit. (also you signature is broken)
 
Yeah the more you're willing to share about the niche the better we can help you since they're all different.

Sometimes it's simply cross-posting. Sometimes it's Twitter. It really depends on who you're trying to reach too?
 
Search for keyword mentions in the past month and mention the subreddit in each thread. Once done, keep on doing it for the new threads each day.
 
Put quality content in your sub and invite people who comment under posts in relevant communities. There is an invite button when you tap on the commenter's username. This way you'll get a more targeted audience. You can easily grow 0 to 1k in a week.
 
There is no better way than crossposting. If tou can work 5-8 hours a day on this u can get up to 1k members depending on many factors obviously.

hey I am not able to find this invite button anywhere I tried finding it. is it fixed or something?
 
I think one of the best ways is to put high quality information on your sub and then cross post to relevant subs which help being active users Rohit subreddit. If they’re interested in your content, they’ll contribute as well causing it to grow
