When they receive an abuse, your Paypal account maybe be blocked permanently and your money will be holded / freezed.

So, if you want to do that, you should withdraw the money

For payment use stripe, there is still a small risk. It is best for them to send you their order and you send them your Western Union or Moneygram information.
