How to Promote a Mass Uploader Site?

I'm launching a Mass Uploader site.
Users can upload files and it will be mirrored to Rapidshare.com, Megaupload.com, and some others.

How can I promote it and get a lot of traffic?
I heard that people would use it upload warez.

If so; why would they want to upload warez anyways?
Do they gain anything?
