How to proceed: flash game decompiling and reworking it.

I have software that can decompile .swf files and turn them into .fla - so you can alter them and "make them your own".

I have a great idea that would create A TON of buzz around the web with a website revolving around this game that I would alter (most probably it would be helicopter game).

Once I rework the game, what can I do to avoid copywrite infringment violation problems...? Offshore hosting, private domain registration from Domains by Proxy.... could I get in trouble with AdSense or any other PPC/PPM network? How do I play it 100% safe?
