How to price 100k+ active web development emails?

I am currently harvesting a bunch of data and have around 100k emails in around 2 weeks. When I sent out a large email blast I got 30 - 40% open rates in 24 hours. So the emails are fairly active.

The emails are targeted towards web development. SEO, web design - anything regarding this space.

Is there any interest for this?
How do I price it?

Tried searching around and all I got was articles beating around the bush. Any help will be appreciated. I was thinking about starting a JV as well.

why dont you make a landing page and sell them a service. something you can make a long term business income with or just resell someone else and get a % of sales
