How to prevent outlook accounts to require SMS verification

I create outlook accounts but they require SMS verification after 1 day. Some accounts don't do that. Is there a way to prevent it. I'll create the email and will not login on web again. I'll be using the account through Graph API.
Browser, proxy or any methods?

Buy some older mailboxes, I often buy mailboxes that are more than 6 months old and they work well, of course this is for advertised account use.
 
TextNow offers free virtual phone numbers that can receive text messages.
 
you can't basically they are doing that so you can't create many accounts
