How to post to multiple groups in facebook

I want to post a photo to 5 different groups at once but when i click share on facebook it only allows me to share with one group at a time, how do i post to more than one?

Use hootsuite, that will do the job. It's $5.99 a month but it's well worth it.

any free method? 5.99 is a bit much since it wouldnt take much longer to do it manually

I am sorry to that I cant agree with this statement because I share post to other groups like 30+
Now you have not verified your facebook account?
