How to post successfully on youtube?

I start to post on youtube but every five posts, i get capcha and if i pass 30 comments i get capcha on every comment i try to leave. Is there any way around this?

Also, on some comments i post it says "ok", but my comment doesn't appear.

This Tube Toolbox can pass the capchas, or i still have to enter them manually?

This tool looks promising. I may buy it when i get more money.

Does anyone know if there is a tool that can show a specific keyword how many searches have on youtube? Something like keyword tool for google.
