How to post spotlights(short video) in Snapchat from Website

use the web uploader at profile.snapchat.com, tick Send to Spotlight, obey file specs: MP4/MOV, H.264, vertical 9:16, 3–180s, under 1GB. if it errors: convert to H.264 baseline, lower bitrate, trim length, try incognito or another browser, clear cache, disable extensions, test a tiny MP4 first, then try uploading from the Snapchat mobile app. if still busted, check Spotlight Guidelines and open a support ticket with screenshot and exact error.

You cannot post Spotlight (short videos) on Snapchat directly from a website. Spotlight videos must be uploaded through the Snapchat mobile app. Create or upload your short video in the app, tap Spotlight, add a caption and hashtags, then submit. Websites can only host videos, not publish them directly to Snapchat.

The web version of Snapchat currently doesn’t support posting Spotlight content.

Try taking the exact video file, sending it to your phone and posting it using the Snapchat app.
If the app posts successfully, the error is with your browser/computer. If the app also reports an error stating your video violates content policies or has a serious format error.

From what I know, posting Spotlight videos usually works more reliably through the Snapchat mobile app. The web uploader sometimes throws errors depending on the file format or browser.
