How to post on newsfeed with like website?

Hi,

I'm going to do my own like website and I know that there are a lot of them out there but I have a unique touch on mine.

My problem is that I'm not good with codes and stuff, and a friend told me that when a user creates or like a created page, then it's basically like they are liking a fanpage and therefore I can post on their newsfeed as when you can when you have a fanpage.
But I don't have a clue on how I can do this, I have a copy of one of the like websites but I don't know how I can achieve this, so I would be very glad if someone could help me
