How to post on Multi Pages through another page

Hey GUYS,

I saw this guy who is making multiple posts on Pages on FB, and I mean on a lot of pages, like 100 pages a time thru a single post from his makeshift page.

I am pretty sure he is using one of these facebook softwares, but i have no idea. Anyone with a clue?
