How to post on Hacker News (news.ycombinator.com)?

How to work with this site?
I registered several times, but all the time my posts are not visible when viewed incognito. In addition, a confirmation link does not come to my mail. I changed proxies, browsers, user agents and all the methods of anonymity that I know, but nothing comes of it.

Any advice.
