How to post on Facebook

from what i have seen facebook does not have a fixed safe number of posts per day but posting too much too fast especially repetitive or low quality content can trigger limits or restrictions best approach is to post gradually and keep content natural and engaging

No fixed number tbh, its more about the pattern. 3-5 posts spread through the day is usually fine, but dumping the same link/text over and over is what gets you slapped.

for a new account, keep it to two posts per day. For a well aged account, you can post as much as you like, there is really no limit, within reason, but if you are focusing on mass and not quality, you still wont get the views you want
