how to post links on these sites

How do you post your link on sites like this:
http://www.haircolorconference.com/
http://www.ruthtuckersbooks.com/

as you see, there are many articles on these sites, and people posted their links in the articles. I cant figure out how they did it. did they pay the website owner? did they hack the site? or anybody can post an article on there?

You can't put a link on those pages from 'outside'.

The site owner has put those himself, systematically if you watch closely. See the pattern in these Google results... they all follow similar pattern of linking which I guess is the owner's work:

It also explains why the link to "you must be logged in" is all corrupt.

I didn't bothered myself about the 2nd link.
