I'm really want to know, how anyone can build an apk download site, they can grab the screenshot, spun the post and easily to put on their site. if anyone experienced on it, please to share it, what kind of the tools should i used.

can't pull APKs from Google, and there's no official API to plug into to get Play Store data. Plus, I've already beat you to it, 16 months ago

yeah,you can't do that directly... but you can always scrape everything, spin it and link to the google download link..
