use a shorten url service and you can post on fb fanpage or timeline.

You could also redirect from a page on one of your own domains, this tends to produce a higher ctr when the domain is relevant.

Some shorten url services don't work. Most of the times is better to use redirect as Carepolice says.

Even if you dont have a domain you can use blogspot to redirect it.
