How to Post Clickable GIF into Facebook ?

Hi Friends,
I have a Doubt, But This may be Simple to you all. Recently i have seen People sharing Links In Profile and Pages on Facebook but it Looks Like GIF. when we click on it, It Redirects from Facebook to their own Site. Its like a Clickable GIF.

As Link sharing is Not allowed here i am Sharing the Screenshot of it.

If anybody know how to do it, Pls let me know. It has a very Good Conversion rate.

Giphy Site has an Option as Shortner, But it actually plays the GIF and on 2nd Click only it Redirects to Site. But here its just redirect it to their site on single click...
