how to post articles in this site?

I've seen a F*CK TON of people posting on this site -- en.paperblog.com -- so I am surmising this should be easy to post type of site, but I've had 2 nights in a row, trying to find "post article" related button, but all I can find is "submit your blog" which connects to rss and it really doesnt display anything there. They don't even have "write a post" or "guest post" page. Anyone can direct me pls? Thanks!
