Hello, I have a problem.......
I have 59min long video that I must upload to IG as a post.
If I do Live, then my video won't be visible in my Post feed, and that is a must.
There were some articles saying I can do this via desktop app etc, but not working.
Video is 9:16 close to 60min and around 3.1 GB which should be fine. (inside the limits)
Well, limits sources are blogs that ranks in top 10.... they all say 4GBsize 60min, no aspect ratio ban.
Video is .mp4
Maybe aspect ratio 1:1 would work, but it cuts the quality and video itself by a lot. Huge damage, unacceptable.
Via mobile, this can work but 15min only (9:16) and even if I post 4 parts it won't be 9:16 anymore, but 1:1 as that happens when you post multiple image/videos inside of single post.
I really have no ideas what to do next, it has to be some addon/api idk or it won't work for sure. I've upgraded account to business.
The very last thing on my mind is to pay that meta verified and try to talk with IG support and ask if I can get that video posted in feeds.
Anybody got any idea how to eventually solve this, or do you think that talk with support is even worth?
