How to place clickable links on video files (.avi)

Hi Everyone...
I am verymuch interested to know abt How to place clickable links on video files (.avi) Each time i upload my video it should be covered with a clikable link so that I can redirect the link to my site..

Anybody if u know please help me..

Get a video convertor app and re-render the AVI to an SWF (Flash file format). Usually the convertor programs that will re-render it, will also allow you to make the SWF clickable. Also, your file will be smaller, which is a big plus :)

If you are thinking that you can upload that clickable video on youtube and other sites then it's not possible. If you want for your blog/website, then check my signature.
 
Yes . . . carsonrathi is correct. If you are trying to do that for Youtube or any other Video Sharing site, forget it. All coding attempts are removed by the simple fact that they re-render it before actually posting it.

no i am not going to post my video in any of the sites like youtube ... I just need it for my own site..

Is thr any software which will do all this process becoz i am newbie and i dont know much abt re-rendering it. Moreover I need the final out in .avi format..

It's quite impossible add clickable links to .avi files.
You need a video player built with Flash/ActionScript and you can add a layer with links, button...whatever you want to be clicked. The solution is in the player not in the video.

Haha, i do not agree, i created this software, check my sign for my QVO software. You can create video with clickable links, iframes, or any DAMN thing :-)

Is the outcome of your application a pure .avi file? Is it a .avi file with links inside it?
I don't think so.

Next time read better. Your application does what I have written: a Flash player in which run the converted videos and add a layer with custom ads.

Hmm you are correct my mistake, it do not convert the file, just add a layer :-)
I need higher power spectacles :(

Your app is very good. You offer a complete service and not only a little video conversion application like so many around, and this makes a huge difference.
Keep going this way.
There is nothing around and at a good price like yours.
