How to ping deep links?

How would you get say.. forum posts crawled? Almost all of your mass pingers only ping the Domain, not the URL. nly indexkings advertises they can ping deep links (and I honestly don't believe indexkings works in my experience).

edit: clearing things up. this is not my own forum. I am trying to get backlinks FROM a forum.

How is this accomplished best?

Ping your sitemap which should have an index of all your posts. Ping the rss feed to your sitemap, add your sitemaps's rss feed to rss aggregator sites. Post your sitemap on a blogger blog, ping the rss feed to the blogger blog, submit your sitemap to blog directories, find similiar sites in your niche and burn a feed of those sites combined with yours and submit that new combined feed to rss feed directories, ping it. You get the picture? That should get you rolling in the right direction. You should get your hands on RSS Autosumbit which can submit your feed to many sites!

If you're talking about your own forum site:

1. Create a sitemap --> http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
1a. Upload it to your server in main directory
2. Use scrapebox to scrape it --> You can find this tool on BHW (search)
3. Buy an account at Lindexed --> You can find this tool on BHW (search)
4. Submit URLS
5. Task is now complete.

---> Optional; If you're using software like Vbulletin or other forum software you can usually find an automatic sitemap generator
---> Optional; Adjust your Google Webmaster Tools settings, there's a few settings that can be tweaked to improve crawl rate

If you're talking about forum backlinks (posts/profile) links:
1. Generate a URL report
2. Submit to Lindexed (I recommend 5 day drip)

Can you explain more about the URL report? I am trying to get backlinks TO my forum FROM other forums.

URL REPORT is just a txt file with all the backlinks you have made then you can ping or submit to Lindexed or Linklicious to be crawled
