How to ping after SB blast?

If it is shared here already sorry for asking again, but I am having trouble getting a good answer..

So after a scrapebox blast are you supposed to ping the successful backlinks? I heard that 95% of the links will not get indexed if you do not ping, then again I hear that you shouldnt ping.. blah!

I need this answer! This has been bothering me for quite some time.

I need to know to ping or not to ping. If you say ping then how to do it the right way?

how about you form your own answer by pinging and then seeing what happens.
because you clearly know that you arent going to get a straight answer
so why even ask the question. just do it and post your results here

i dont really know how to ping with sb if someone could tell me how to do it i would post my results
