How to permanently block apps on S10

Hey Everyone!

I'm looking to block apps permanently on my samsung s10.

For example I could spend 1hour at night time on tiktok , which would be better used sleeping.

I have used apps the you can set to block usage. But there easy to turn off.

I want an option that I cannot reverse. Or failing that, set a future date that cannot be turned off.

I think it's possible only with root access and some custom app with elevated privileges , you are risking to lock yourself by mistake

Is there any apps that allow you to set a future date which you cannot disable?

There is a app called Freedom or Mobile Device Manager Plus
