Hi,
I'm making a new website and I want to pay people for certain things (I don't want to give out my idea even though it's not exactly unique). I will payout via paypal but I want to know what I must do in terms of tax forms. I live in the United States and I want to know what to do with the W-3 form after I collect it. Also what other types of things will I have to do assuming I already have an LLC. I want to be fully compliant to US Tax laws.
