I've got a small project that, while not illegal it could make me look like a jerk so I'd like to really cover my bases. I'd like to find someone on elance or something like that and pay anonymously. Could this be done with a virtual credit card? Can I set up an account with a virtual credit card?

Go to the mall, get a gift card (the one by me is called Simon), register it with a name and address, then use that for the credit card information (visa).
