Yeah so i've been wondering about that =/ i've tried a few threads on here looking for some workers but i never have any luck finding somebody that wants to stick to it..

I have a project going that could make some good money lol but i need people that can post on craigslist..

Is getafreelancer.com any good?

Call your out of work friends and teach them what they need to know :) Wait maybe its just me who hangs out with a bunch of unemployed people....

you know I am having this same delima and noone to talk to about it...I want someone with more talent to me to pass the ball to on start up/developmental projects...finding niches and all that good stuff. Basically like I always preach, delegate, outsource, leverage. I know my talent is very limited so...

Anyhow, please give us both some great suggestions from those who done it!!!!! No opinions please just those who have direct experience reply.

P.S. Sorry for the hijack but I think with my question as well as yours I hope we get more indepth responses instead of me starting a repeat thread.

Finding reliable workers is by far the hardest part of outsourcing. I have to try 7 or 8 workers to find somebody I want to work with on a long term basis.

All I can suggest is stick with it and be prepared to be disapointed with most. Eventually you will find a good worker; then be prepared to pay them twice to going rate to keep them.

I now have four good people but it was a long slog to find them.

The "get rich quick by outsourcing" ebooks neglect to mention that bit.

I use Getafreelancer, works pretty good for me. But in the past, I have had some bad programmers before. MAKE SURE you make them know who is boss. If they put up with you being all bossy then you got yourself a good programmers. Programmers like to run over people and be like they are the boss. If you let them think you are the boss, your projects wont meet deadlines, you will have programmers trying to get more money out of you.
