how to outrank website displayed before the SERP?

    I dont know how to explain this.

    Sometimes when you are searching in google, some part of the content from some website is dispalyed ahead of the SERP. How to outrank it? any tips?

    Provide a screenshot. Your explanation of this seems to match Google Adwords, in that case, you need to bid higher than your competitors.

    You can use the inspect element feature in the browsers.

    You cant outrank it. Google believes that post answers the question to that search query.

    You will have to optimize for that section with more relevant webpage I suppose.
