How to outrank a website? Not a competitor...

Hello,

My client wrote a book a few months ago and the is some blog that have written some bad things about the book, but he is those guys who dont know about anything and just complain for "fun". When my client search for his name on google, it apears that website.

I want to outrank that website. What is the best way to get it out of top 10? I know how to do it, but its to expensive creating other websites to rank better than this one. There is any other ideia? :)

Using senuke? I already made that, but the websites apear in the top10, its a ulra low keyword offcorse, but the website have good backlinks and is not easy to outrank. Maybe i will charge more for it and get good quality backlinks to outrank him. If there is any trick to this case... Please, tell me :)

Use youtube videos, they are easy to rank and you can blast them with senuke since you have that already. Video must be set up properly with kw in file name, title, description and tags.
 
There is another problem. Client wants to have the other results on top but dont want to have only one! I though about keep posting comments with "viagra, viagra pills" and other keywords that google dont like to see what happends but... the comments are pre-approved.

The only way i see to do this is top spread backlinks to all of top 12 ou 15 unless that blog that he dont want. But... this will cost a lot $ in my opinion.
