How to optimize the font in MailerLite? (Google PageSpeed)

Hi all, I am optimizing one of my sites in which I use a MailerLite embedded form and Google PageSpeed says the following:

I have activated in Leap the suggested but I don't see any result. Any manual option that I can apply?

I activated the recommended option and I still get this error in Google PageSpeed.

In the HTML code of MailerLite I was able to change the h4 to h3. I still can't figure out the font.

Its not a big deal if google pagespeed is displaying some small "problems". But if you want to know a bit more about preload fonts, check this: https://web.dev/articles/codelab-preload-web-fonts?hl=en

I was with other issues and put this aside. What font should I select in MailerLite to avoid this problem? These are the available fonts:
