How to optimize followers, and when to start monetizing? {Using Tumblingjazz}

I am in the adult niche for Tumblr. I should have done a more specialized niche after reading more about it, but I've already started so I think I will keep up with it.

I have 44 blogs (don't ask why it's such a random number lol). I have basically unlimited images (mostly unwatermarked, I try to generally use gifs)/access to unlimited images of general porn. With each account I post 50 posts a day; from 5-11PM EST every day (I think that's what my queue is set too, could be a little bit off with this one). I post a mix of reblogs and original content, utilizing both with tags. I follow ~175 accounts a day, thought it might be better than 200 for staying under the radar. I don't like other's posts, I'm not sure if I should start or if it really makes a difference. With all my blogs I get ~600 total follows a day on average. Split between 44 blogs is ~13.6 follows a day. That's about an 8% followback rate. Is this a good followback rate? What are you guys experiencing?

I plan on starting to monetizing when I have 100,000 followers in total. Right now I have ~6500 (~150 per blog). At the rate I'm going it would take 5 and a half months... do followers start to grow exponentially? Is it worth it to keep the proxies ($65/month via squidproxies) and VPS ($330/month + $10/month for extra 10gb via poweruphosting..) for another 5 months (~$500)? Will I surely make more than that back with 100,000 followers?

I am new to this so I'm not really sure about anything.. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. I do plan on starting to monetize with Twitter and Instagram as well.. I think it would be okay to use the same proxies making the only added cost the bot software.

I have 10 accounts and getting +300 followers a day. Thats 30 followers per day per account. (SFW accounts though) I currently have 5000 followers (I didn't start long ago). I don't know when to start monetizing either. My expenses are $5 per month for the private proxies.

For NSFW blogs you probably should start monetizing before you hit 100k. Some people start when they have 10k and still make it profitable.

• When you start to monetize now, you will earn money but you are more likely to get banned
• When you start monetizing later, everything might be for nothing because I heard some people say their NSFW blogs got banned for no reason.

Hmm good points on the bottom - I had heard that too so I was wondering what would be the best to start at. Maybe I will try 25K to get the most out of it. I have a way I think I might be able to avoid being banned but then again I never know.

What bot are you using? Would you share your settings? (how many follows, like, posts, etc..)

Haha thank you for the advice. It looks like I made a typo.. I am paying $30 a month for the VPS + $10 for the extra 10 gigs. so a total of $40 a month.

Nice journey, some of the propierties will increase followers exponencially, others will flat a bit...you should get those numbers in half the time....i am not sure how to properly monetize them, tried cams once last year but did not work out very well

Ahh thanks for the input. I hear cams are taking off better than ever, maybe you have to monetize it right.
