How to optimize facebook traffic

I have traffic from Facebook (> 20k per day), is there any ad network that is well optimized? I am currently using Adskeeper but it is not stable. I also tried adsense but it is limited continuously for many days

Definitely worth trying those networks start small, pick formats built for social, and make sure geos and traffic types align to get good payout.
 
Consider testing Adsterra, AdCash, and PopAds with small campaigns focus on social friendly formats and allowed geos to maximize payouts.

If your traffic is mainly from Facebook, focus on improving CTR and ad placement first. Facebook traffic needs lightweight pages + high-engagement ads. Try split-testing with PropellerAds or Monetag for stability.
 
To optimize Facebook traffic focus on audience refinement first lookalikes interests then run A B tests on creatives and landing pages once you have stable volume scale slowly instead of big jumps

I'd vote for MGID here too
My FB traffic isn’t huge either, but when I switched to MGID — the numbers got way more stable without those “rollercoaster” CPM jumps.
For Facebook traffic — this is one of the most adequate options to test first.

using ads agency accounts for paid promotion could generate optimize traffics on target fb page, running whitehat method by engage on other pages/group with unique content post for other profile users attention/engage.
 
If you’re getting 20k+ FB traffic per day, there are definitely better options than unstable networks. A few people I know have had more consistent results with PropellerAds, RevContent, MGID, and Taboola/Outbrain depending on GEO and funnel type. They’re not perfect, but generally handle high volume better than AdsKeeper. AdSense will always limit if the traffic isn’t “completely clean” or matches user intent, so it’s normal to see it restricted for days. Try testing a few networks with small campaigns to see what sticks for your traffic quality.
