How to optimize emails so they don't end up in spam?

Hey All,

Can somene give me a hint on steps, or even better, link to some guide on how to optimize emails to end up in inbox instead of spam? I have professional email address, and I'm sending emails through Sendgrid.

Even if you use sendgrid, you best set up DKIM, dmarc and txt records for improved mail delivery.

Are you sending to your list or it's a cold one?

Here's some basic things that you should be aware of:

Configure the DNS records correctly
Clean your list
Don't use spammy words

Actually those are users of my app...after few emails it goes to inbox, but first few emails end up in spam

Seems that you miss a part in you mail setup, send a test email to mail tester and share results please.
