you can't simple have a plug'n'play solution here, but if you looking for advice: check user behavior on your pages, adjust ad placement and ad size/type accordingly

I really do not understand this
Please tell me what you mean by fixing my theme
Adsense is crap since Google decided to move it from closely related to website topic to retargeting - click throughs are now pap.
I guess it's because if the ad is super targeted to your website you earn c.60% because of the high quality score, but when it's from retargeting you earn maybe 2% - but the person owning the ad still pays the same amount.
In other words Google make more, you make less.
You can fiddle about with the settings in Adsense but it doesn't make huge differences to earnings - I did a post on here sometime back about it.

Use hotjar to check where the users are clicking the most place ads there.

Your metrics are wrong. You are looking too closely. Look at your monthly/quarterly averages. Opt in for adsense experiments and auto-optimization to get recommendations and to be able to apply them automatically.
Play with various versions (including the resize option as well). Make sure you have ads on your mobile pages too.

Place at least 3 ads on your page.. As i can notice, u have 2..
And be careful where u will place them
