Diet pill ads have been tough lately, but I can give you the advice to use accounts with verified businesses and cloaked links. Along with that, if you want to optimize your campaign, you need to install good pixels and choose demographics
 
A part from targeting, there are 2 things you can try:
1. Test a few creatives to see which one is better. That includes changing images, contents, videos,...
2. Try to cover your creative to minimize the risk when fb scans. You can use a layer with 10% opacity as a mask and cover your URL with cloak link.

Facebook has issues with ads in that niche. I'm sure you might need to give it to an agent, they should know how to go about it.

It is called cloaking. You cloak a the website.
 
Create promotional content that makes your products stand out and appeal to your target audience. Optimize your website, run ads to attract traffic. And good cloaking should be used
 
I think your page has been restricted, just keep posting it will remove the restriction for you
