1. hundreds of categories of the site's title and description are machine-generated, and many categories are not written.

2. The site does not have a site map

3. many pictures of products without alt

4. One third of the site's pages are not indexed

5. The website's article content is not of high quality

6. The style of the website is very crowded and uncomfortable to look at

7. There are many other problems

In the first step, I chose the pages with high click volume to write and modify the title and description. But after doing this step I don't know which direction to go next. And Google analytics data I do not understand very well, because I have only been in the industry for a year, these have not been exposed to, and the company is currently only one optimizer, so I am very distressed.

Well, first off, you should focus on improving the title and description of the pages with the most clicks. After that, you could work on fixing other issues like adding alt text to images, creating a site map, and improving the quality of your article content. It might be helpful to learn more about Google Analytics so you can understand your website's performance better. Don't worry, you got this!

Thanks for pointing out, but I'm not very skilled in using Google analytics as a tool

So, you are clear about your site's issues.
Divide the onpage, off page and technical issues
Firstly set right the technical issues, if you are not good at it, get help or hire a person
Then move on Onpage and then to offpage
Give needed time to see that settled issues helps in any improvement
Best wishes!
