How to open website for broadcasting TV channels ?

Hey guys ,

I was wondering if there's anyone can help me for Broadcasting TV Channels into Blog or website should i purchase Iptv ? if yes , where is it possible ?

Or there's another way to make it ?

I don't follow where you're coming from with "should i purchase Iptv". IPTV is merely a protocol for delivering TV content via IP and proper distribution of IPTV is expensive (hardware + bandwidth).

I'm talking like something like that www.streaming-hub.com it's illegal and he doesn't have any permission from channel owners but he is the first on google search!!
Could you help me about how he did that ?
