How to open second PayPal account?

Guys, anybody have more than 1 PayPal account. I understand it's against their T&C. SO, how do you go around it?

Can you open one and attach to your bank account, and another to Visa?

diff bank account. same name is okay. different credit card. different email.
 
Do we need to bother about IP at all?
 
And phone number... can you just use a friend's number, or must be assigned to you? (not sure if they even track it).
 
Ok, so in the thread you mention: "If you keep a clean IP".. what do we really mean here in the context of PayPal?

and VPN... I only need a new account for accepting money, really... Do I really want to pay $15 / month for VPN for that?

An IP which has never been used to log into/register with PP...
 
Ok, I guess the better question would be not about a new account, but about removing your real name and company name form the information visible to customers (let's say if one wants to stay anonymous doing blackhat stuff to keep your com[any name for other activities out of the focus).

I've had 2 paypal accounts for years, I only used different emails and bank account details. It's never been a problem.
 
Hello,

In order to get around it you'll have to use complete different
details on your new account that way PayPal won't link the accounts:

-name
-phone number
-address
-email

You will also need a different IP address.

Remember that they can also track you with c00kies and LSOs.

The best method would be to create a new user on your computer, indeed you won't mix up the LSOs and cookies of your PayPal accounts.

Everything has to be diff info, that means your name, your phone number, your cc/bank account. Remember and never use the same IP.

Also note that on new accounts these days they will make you send DL/bills/etc., if this happens you'll also need a SSN that matches the name on the account if you get a ATM card or start doing lotsa money.

Read ebay/paypal stealth guide if you want to do it right or you will get limited sooner or later.

BTW Fuck PayPal.
