How to open multiple ebay/paypal accounts after suspension

Hello Guys

I used to be an ebay seller but unfortunatly due to ebay MC011 i got my account suspended in 2019! i really tried hard getting it back but i couldn't an dlost hope for a while in whole ebay business. Now i'm trying to gather my courage and i'm looking for ways to get back to ebay dropshipping cause i really need it right now, i found some ways to open ebay accounts (buying proxies, phone numbers and using vertuel machines or RDP,..etc) but what confuses me is PAYPAL !!

I mean if i'm gonna create fake identification for each ebay account what to do about paypal! cause it's almost impossible to open and verify paypal accounts with those fake names, i mean how to get a visa card or bank account under those fake names and ids to verify the paypal account!

This point is really confusing me and i'm getting fraustrated! do people use there old paypal that used to be used in the suspended ebay account and they change only the email or what !!? and now paypal is going away and they are replacing it with payoneer! what to do about that as well?

just buy the accounts you need.
Will save a lot of time.

With the introduction of new managed payment, I honestly dunno how stealth accounts are gonna work.
