I have an issue when I open an instagram account, currently I have 10 accounts total. When I open more it says I have to upload selfie, with a number etc... that is fine, it does this even when I use a VPN or / and a different device now, even if such device is on a separate internet connection. I have another I need to open for marketing reasons, its a 50/50 chance if I upload the selfie they open my account again, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't even if the selfie is perfect to what they are asking for. Is there a way around this? Its making me want to stop using instagram for marketing reasons, where in my opinion it would be normal to have so many accounts...?

I would suggest you to use a rotating 4G proxy as it provides and security and anonymity. It will mask your IP address and you can easily create as many accounts as you want. Nowadays, VPN is very easily detected by the social media platforms and they can flag your account. If you add an anti-detect browser with a proxy, you are good to go.

You need more devices and proxies to make more IG as they are very strict with new account creation.

It's possible that Instagram's algorithm is flagging your accounts as suspicious due to the high number of accounts you have opened. It's also possible that they are flagging your accounts due to the use of a VPN or multiple devices, as this behavior can appear suspicious.
