Why wouldn't it be relevant? It wasn't only relevant when it was bumped first, but it's still relevant and it will be indefinitely.
Why would people stop being interested in running multiple browser instances with their own set of proxies? It's an evergreen topic.

portalweb was last seen in March on BHW. He sold the addon years ago and it's not updated since a long time, the last update was in November 16, 2011. So nope.
