How to open a working Textnow account?

Hey everybody,

I've opened many Textnow accounts the month before and suddenly whichever new account I open, they get instantly banned after I open them, even with a paid Nord VPN. Do you know how I can open an account that doesn't get banned? I need it for cold calling and my existing Textnow is working pretty fine. Or do you know any free/low cost services where I can get a number in a city(For example I need a Portland number because I need to call business in Portland)? Thanks
