guys , i live in africa , and i have a US paypal account , whenever i try to add it to my facebook account , facenook suspend my AD account for unusual activity , so i guess my face account has to be US too , so how can i get a US facebook account outside of USA please?

You need either a proxy or a VPN with dedicated IP, so you can connect to the same IP everytime you use your US VPN.
 
Unusual activity can mean many things. It wasn't necessarily the country of your accounts.

Try to register on facebook while using a VPN. Only then connect your paypal account, still using the same VPN. If it's a free VPN facebook might recognise it and flag as suspicious activity. If that's the case, try using some private proxies. That should work.
 
i was in the same situation a few months ago, what i did was contact support and tell them the issue.
